Information Desk
The Information Service Desk (ISD) serves as the central hub of Pioneer Overseas Services (P) Ltd., where clients can access all necessary information. In addition to handling inquiries, the ISD manages candidate registration and maintains an updated database of job seekers. This system allows the company to keep accurate, current records, which can be readily accessed and provided to our valued clients upon request.

Upon receiving a Demand Letter from an employer, we submit an application to the Department of Labour (DOL) in Nepal to obtain prior approval for recruitment. Once the DOL verifies that the terms and conditions in the Demand Letter comply with government regulations, approval is granted. This authorization allows us to publish the job vacancy in national daily and weekly newspapers, as well as on social media and through our network of authorized agents, thereby initiating the recruitment process.
Selection of Candidates
Pioneer Overseas Services (P) Ltd. maintains a comprehensive and current databank of potential candidates, detailing their educational qualifications, technical skills, and professional experience. Based on the specific criteria provided by the client, we conduct a pre-interview screening to shortlist candidates purely on merit, ensuring equal opportunity for all applicants. The final selection is then made by the employer or their authorized representative, who may conduct oral, written, and practical examinations to assess the shortlisted candidates.
Trade Test
To facilitate a thorough evaluation, Pioneer Overseas Services (P) Ltd. offers on-site technical trade test facilities. This enables clients to conduct interviews and practical assessments in a single, convenient location. Our staff members are present during the trade tests to assist both the client and the candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient evaluation process.
Medical Check-up
Only candidates who have been provisionally selected are referred for a comprehensive medical examination at a recognized hospital or clinic. Those who are certified physically and medically fit for employment are then eligible to proceed with signing the employment contract.
Orientation
Following the issuance of the job offer and employment visa, we conduct a pre-departure orientation program for selected workers. This session is designed to familiarize them with the destination country’s culture, nature of work, local laws, immigration policies, and religious practices. The goal is to foster a harmonious and productive relationship between the employee and employer. The orientation equips workers with essential knowledge and guidance to help them adapt quickly and perform their duties in a professional and responsible manner.
Travel Arrangements
Once passports are endorsed with visas or paper visas are received, we coordinate travel arrangements by booking flights through our travel partners or directly with the airlines. Bookings are made from Nepal to the nearest airport in the destination country, unless Prepaid Ticket Advice (PTA) is provided by the employer. Upon confirmation, we promptly share the flight details with our clients, along with a request to arrange for the workers’ reception at the airport.
